Exeter’s School of Biological Sciences and Genetics Research Center work together closely to explore the significance of contemporary genetics research and its impact on society. Exeter University Genetics Research Center is also a member of ESRC Centre for Genomics in Society (Egenis).

School of Physics has a group of internationally recognized biophysicist (they have research with the biologists and clinicians of Peninsula College of Medecine), astrophysicist, magnetic materials scientist.

Engineering, computer science, mathematics-related subjects are distributed in three schools, which involved in materials development, characteristics study, model design and manufacturing of advanced technology. Admission Requirements

Undergraduate: Needs to take one year matriculation after graduating from secondary school, and then starts the 3 or 4 years undergraduate study; IELTS 6.5, including writing not less than 6.0 (the individual technical subjects such as: biochemistry, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, geography, etc. need IELTS 6.0 or above).

Master: Holder of relevant professional bachelour’s degree; English: IELTS 6.5 points or more, each section not less than 6.0; TOEFL score 570 points or more (computer based test 230 points), in which the writing section not less than 4.0, other parts not less than 520 (computer based test not less than 20 points). MBA’s IELTS requirement is 7.0 (each section not less than 6.0), TOEFL 600 or above.
